Services

Optimization Doc sells professional services, including AI advisory, workflow design, implementation support, documentation, and ongoing system maintenance.

Site content is for general information. Visiting the site or reading the site does not create a client relationship by itself.

Written agreements

For each paid engagement, the scope, price, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and support terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Optimization Doc does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

Delivery

Services are delivered remotely unless we agree otherwise in writing. Deliverables may include calls, workflow analysis, implementation support, written plans, operating notes, prompts, automation guidance, and system documentation.

Refunds

Completed services are not refundable. If you pay in advance and cancel before work begins, Optimization Doc may issue a refund for the unused portion, minus payment processing fees, reserved-time fees, or work already performed.

If Optimization Doc cannot deliver a paid service, you will receive a refund for the undelivered portion or another remedy we both agree to in writing.

Cancellations

You can request to reschedule a booked call by emailing hello@optimizationdoc.com. Subscription, retainer, and maintenance services can be canceled according to the written agreement for that service.
