Payment and Service Policies
Simple details about payments, delivery, refunds, cancellations, support, and security for Optimization Doc services.
Payment
Optimization Doc accepts online payments through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payment timing, deposits, subscriptions, invoices, and due dates are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Fulfillment and delivery
Optimization Doc provides professional services, including AI advisory, workflow design, implementation support, documentation, and ongoing AI systems maintenance.
Services are delivered remotely unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Deliverables may include calls, workflow analysis, implementation support, written plans, operating notes, prompts, automation guidance, and system documentation.
For the House Call, you receive a discovery call and a concise report with recommended tools, strategies, and first implementation steps within 48 hours after the call, as long as the needed information is provided during the session.
For project, retainer, and maintenance services, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables are confirmed in the written agreement for that engagement.
Refunds
Completed services are not refundable.
If you pay in advance and cancel before work begins, Optimization Doc may issue a refund for the unused portion, minus payment processing fees, reserved-time fees, or work already performed.
If Optimization Doc cannot deliver a paid service, you will receive a refund for the undelivered portion or another remedy we both agree to in writing.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can request to reschedule a booked call by emailing hello@optimizationdoc.com.
Rescheduling depends on availability.
Subscription, retainer, and maintenance services can be canceled according to the written agreement for that service.
Cancellation does not remove the obligation to pay for work already performed, committed project time, or outstanding invoices.

Payment security
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Optimization Doc does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
Payment information is handled through Stripe's payment systems and security practices.
