Optimization Doc collects only the information needed to answer inquiries, deliver services, accept payments, and keep the site working.

Information you provide

If you email Optimization Doc, submit a form, book a call, or buy a service, the information you provide may be used to reply, understand your needs, deliver services, and support the client relationship.

Diagnosis and booking follow-up

The diagnosis can be used without providing contact details. If you enter your name and email and continue to booking, Optimization Doc saves those details and your diagnosis answers to help with follow-up. They also prefill the Cal.com booking form.

If no matching booking is found after 24 hours, a private follow-up to-do may be created in Basecamp so Jethro can contact you. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Website follow-up records older than 30 days are removed during the next processing check; a follow-up to-do may remain in Basecamp as part of the inquiry record. To request removal, email hello@optimizationdoc.com.

Monthly AI event RSVPs

Burbity AI event RSVP forms collect your name, email, job, and current AI question or interest. These details and your newsletter consent are saved privately and added to the event’s private attendee document in Basecamp to help Jethro prepare. The required, unchecked signup checkbox explains that you are joining the Optimization Doc newsletter in Kit and requesting an event welcome email. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link.

Event welcome emails are sent through Resend and include the date, time, location, and agenda. A saved RSVP does not guarantee email delivery; processing or email-provider delays can occur. Delivered contact details are removed from the website queue after processing, while private Basecamp records and minimal deduplication markers remain. To update or remove your RSVP or newsletter information, email hello@optimizationdoc.com.

AI for Lawyers workshop registration

Workshop forms collect your name, email, phone number, and what you want to get out of the session. These details are saved privately and forwarded to our private Basecamp workshop project to prepare for the event and manage registration. Submitting the form does not confirm payment or subscribe you to a newsletter. Payment is completed separately through Stripe. To request removal of your registration details, email hello@optimizationdoc.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may receive payment details, billing details, and related transaction information. Optimization Doc does not store full credit card numbers.

Site and service tools

Third-party tools may process routine technical data needed for hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, payment processing, or service delivery.

No selling personal information

Optimization Doc does not sell personal information.
